Our Services

From one-off prototypes to short-run production, we have the capability to deliver.

FDM Printing

Fused deposition modelling for durable, functional parts. Ideal for structural prototypes, enclosures, jigs, and fixtures using engineering-grade thermoplastics.

PLA PETG ABS ASA TPU

Resin / SLA

High-resolution stereolithography for parts demanding exceptional surface finish and fine detail. Perfect for display models, dental, jewellery, and miniatures.

Standard ABS-Like Flexible Castable

Rapid Prototyping

Same-week turnaround on prototype iterations. We review your files for printability, suggest optimisations, and deliver parts that inform your next design decision.

DFM Review Iterations Fast Track

Post Processing

Sanding, priming, painting, acetone smoothing, and hardware insertion. We deliver finished parts ready for presentation, testing, or end use.

The right material
for every application

Not all prints are the same. We carry a curated range of materials to match the demands of your specific application — structural, flexible, high-temperature, or cosmetic.

Ask About Materials
PLA / PLA+
General Purpose
Stiff, easy to print, wide colour range. Best for models and non-structural parts.
PETG
Tough & Chemical Resistant
Good impact resistance with food-safe options. Great all-rounder for functional parts.
ABS / ASA
UV & Heat Resistant
ASA handles outdoor and automotive environments. ABS is smoothable with acetone.
TPU / TPE
Flexible & Rubber-Like
Shore hardness from 85A to 95A. Used for gaskets, grips, shock absorbers.
Carbon Fibre
High Stiffness / Light
CF-filled composites for maximum rigidity. Available in PETG, PA, and PLA variants.
Resin (SLA)
High Detail Finish
Layer resolution to 25 microns. Available in standard, flexible, and castable formulations.

What sets us apart

Local & Responsive

Perth-based means real conversations, not ticket queues. We respond within hours and can meet in person for complex briefs.

File-to-Part Expertise

We review every file before printing. If there's a wall thickness issue or a gap that'll fail, we'll flag it — not just run it and charge you for a bad part.

End-to-End Capability

From raw file to finished, painted, assembled part — we handle the full production chain so you don't need to coordinate multiple suppliers.

Consistent Quality

Every part is inspected before it leaves the studio. Dimensional checks, surface review, and layer adhesion testing are standard, not optional.

Fast Turnaround

Standard orders ship within 48–72 hours of approval. Rush jobs accommodated — ask us about same-day capacity.

Transparent Pricing

Itemised quotes with no hidden setup fees. Volume pricing kicks in at 5+ parts. You know what you're paying before we start printing.

What our clients say

"Needed a functional prototype bracket in 48 hours. They reviewed my file, flagged a wall thickness issue I'd missed, and delivered a perfect part on time. Will use them for every project going forward."
James T.
Mechanical Engineer, Perth
"The resin prints for our product launch display were immaculate. Surface finish was better than anything we'd seen from online services, and having someone local to talk through the details made a huge difference."
Sarah M.
Product Designer
"Ordered a batch of 50 TPU parts for a mining application. Everything was dimensionally consistent and ready for use. The pricing was competitive and there were no surprises on the invoice."
Mark R.
